I love this workout. I am 75 years of age and have Grade 4 arthritis in my knees, so many forms of exercise are difficult. I do Mike's warm up followed by this video every morning, occasionally mixing in a few of his other routines. After a few weeks I now look and feel a lot better. (And Mike is so lovely - I think I have an old lady crush, lol.)😊

I found it difficult to complete all the rounds when I started this routine but after a few weeks of regular practice it is now easy. I follow the video virtually every day after completing Mike's warm up and stretching routines. Modified my diet and have lost 5 kg - so far. Feeling 10 years younger! Stick with it folks and you won't be disappointed.

I love this workout. It’s one I turn to when I need to reset. It’s perfect for when I slacked off a few days. Gets me going without being too strenuous. I really like this channel

This looks like a great work out. I am 77 yrs. old and walk with a cane, but plan to start doing this for a cardio work out. Do your seated exercises everyday. I need exercises to strengthen my legs and hips as I feel and broke my hip a year ago and have problems with leg and hip muscles.
