Low Impact and high intensity in today's Strength and cardio workout oww oww! This no jumping workout is an intense sweat session that will give you a full body workout from home using just a few dumbbells. All the major muscle groups will be burning after this one. Let's do it!!

Workout Breakdown:
Warm Up
3 Low Impact Circuits: 40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds each

I have to say, I’m doing this workout now and I really appreciate seeing Heather sometimes stop and take an extra breath or a quick break! We are all human, and to see even a superstar stop for a sec (in her own workouts!) makes me feel like I’m not doing so bad! Heather, keep doing what you’re doing! You inspire us all!

I love Heather’s workouts. I do them at least 4 times a week without fail. Sometimes I feel like abs. Sometimes arms. Sometimes total body. Sometime yoga . Sometimes kettlebell. All are awesome. I love that she previews the work out and then does them without screaming at you like other instructors.

I used to do all the balls on the walls workouts and scoff at the low impact ones till one day I got rear ended and had to undergo physical therapy.
It wasn’t even debilitating but it was enough for me to wake up and reassess some stuff. Lots of days I was pushing my body too hard. Noted, life!

I think lots of people here know the feeling of trying to care for yourself during recovery while aching to move around. It was another lesson in humility I needed to learn and I wish long lasting health to Heather as well as everyone here!!
