Hey guys! Today's video is a follow-along workout video! If you're not into following videos, but still wanna do this quick, fat blasting HIIT workout - i'll list the exercises below!
Complete this circuit 3 to 5 times (I did it 3 times and I was already dying) and don't forget to push yourself, and don't cheat on that timer ;)

10 Min HIIT workout (repeat 3-5 times)
- 30s drop squats
- 30s push-up release
- 30s high knees
- 30s froggers
- 30s lateral bounds
- REST 30s
