Thank you! I really appreciate 10 minutes workouts because sometimes you just short in time but don’t want to skip the workouts or just don’t feel like 30-40 min workout or it’s just me who really likes to add extra 10-15 min workout in the evening .. thank you !

This is for sure a fun way to burn some fat! One of the biggest things that have helped me lose fat aside from spending time in the gym has been a custom meal plan from Next Level Diet. I use it every week and I love it!

I finished the 28 day challenge. And since 1st of June, I haven't taken a break from working out. The best part is I still use the 28 day challenge table. Just finished this. Love every bit❤

For some reason i find 3 10-minute workouts more mentally feasible than one 30 minute workout. Am i just crazy?! thanks for this workout!
