A perfect quick 10 min HIIT session mid week 10 minute ex to get our heart rate up working our entire body, building muscle, becoming stronger and basically be finished feeling awesome with this at home full body HIIT workout!

This full body workout will require strength, balance, body co-ordination, adapting to go from one exercise straight to another but mostly sheer determination to keep going when you just want to stop!

The following 3 exercises are performed for 10 reps each within each minute.. the quicker you finish, the more rest you get before next minute!

10 x push up burpees
10 x alternating lunge jumps
10 x standing marches

Also at the end is the 3 minute plank challenge if you are joining in for the month of August! 💓

Listen to your body the entire time and please ensure you do this at your own pace so reduce reps to 5 where needed and perform push ups on knees etc! Please make sure you fully warm up for at least 5 minutes prior!

I hope you all give it your all..it’s only 10 minutes but after certain points when you just want to stop, you will be soooooo proud you kept going!

This is also a super finisher to any session!!

I ended up using every other circuit as my rest and cut the number of burpees in half and I was actually able to feel like I did it! I love how adaptable this workout is; instead of feeling like a weak loser for stopping every other round, I actually feel smart for finding a way to work around it. Thanks Caroline!!!

Don’t get fooled by the 10-min label, it’s actually a 1-hour cardio hiit packed in 10 minutes. I swear God I almost died and I am very resistant.

The speed is incredible! I totally couldn't catch up, so I did only 8 reps of each move, to have at leat 10-15 seconds of rest. THANKS A LOT for this wonderful workout, it's so motivating and challenging!

I’m glad I did this so I can mark it off my list but I don’t want to attempt this one ever again! It was a GREAT workout, but so tough. My heart was beating out of my chest and I could barely breath I was huffing and puffing so hard. Most the time I never got to the leg marches because by the time the 1 minute was up I was finishing the last jump lunges.

Oh goodness. My quickest hiit ever. Only lasted 3mins vs CG 10min. And tht was with only 5x burpees. Still CG beat me with the time 😅 will revisit this and put as my fitness goal. Ps: completed the 3mins challenge today and 50mins of ur upperbody wo.

Dear Caroline! A HUGE respect to your form, strength and endurance. I forgot about all other trainers and workout only with you cos I see a good result. Please tell me how often do you train and what kind of trainings? And what would you advice if I need to kill the last kilos ( like 4-5)? Would sport do or it's more about the food? Thank you! Would appreciate if you answer:-)))

omg that was the hardest 10 min workout i've ever done! i'd already done a 40min workout before this so i just did normal burpees but still had to amend the last few rounds! hopefully in the future i will be able to do this all the way through. thanks caroline for the great workouts xx

This was too hard for me but I adapted and kept going. Will revisit a few times, as it’s a workout to aspire to.

Hi Caroline, just wanted to say I did this short EMOM HIIT for the second time today after the EPIC HEAT day 48 push up workout and I've gotten much better! When I first tried this one last summer/fall I couldn't even last the full 10mins, I either had to stop after minute 4 or 5 or take a few minutes in between as breaks...now I could complete the full 10mins without needing to stop! I had to drop to 5 burpees after the first 2 or 3 minutes (my arms were really tired after all those push ups :D) but still, I made it and also completed the 3min plank challenge at the end! This just goes to show what an amazing trainer you are and how much I've benefitted from your workouts, how much my strength and endurance have consistently improved with your help! I'm really proud of my accomplishments and you should be really proud of yourself for helping so many people get stronger both physically and mentally! It is great to see how many people appreciate you and your channel, you absolutely deserve it! 💪 💪 ❤️

U r so fast while doing burpees.. Nd if I start doing burpees dnt think can finish wdn 10 mint exercise..😅😅😅
