Get a killer workout in just 10 minutes! This cardio HIIT workout is perfect for when you're short on time or to add to the beginning of end of your workout to replace cardio. You won't need any equipment for this no repeat workout.
The format is simple: get a LOT of work done in a short amount of time. You'll perform each exercise for 30 seconds and will go straight into the next exercise (without rest) for the full 10 minutes.
