▸ suitable for Medium Level
▸ suitable for Advanced people, who don’t want to push themselves to their absolute limit. I love this as a warm up or in between hardcore videos!
▸ suitable for very motivated Beginners

For this routine, I used classic exercises and made them a bit „easier“.
= Squats + Tippie Toes instead of Jump Squats
= Plank Jump + Walking Jack instead of Plank Jump + Jumping Jack, etc. :)

Therefore, I douuuubt you will feel like calling me bad names during those 10min :D Plus, the view & the music are great!
We don’t have any Jump Squats or Burpees either :)

PS: I filmed this video fully on my own!
Camera, tripod, iPhone, timers, exercises, smiling, sunset, hair - that was multitasking at its finest :D

▸ calories burned are between 70-110kcal, depending on your weight, height & fitness level! I'm a short and tiny person & I burned 70kcal :)

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. If you need a break - TAKE IT! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) that's the best feeling!

Remember that we are all unique and different. Try to not lose motivation so easily when you don't see the same results as someone else, because that's the norm. You are amazing and you are trying your very best. Keep up the amazing job and don't give up no matter what. No matter how hard it is or it gets over time you will improve.

are there any people who agree with me that medium HIIT workouts are more suitable for the sad / frustrated days than the dancy ones or the hardcore ones? i’m usually not in mood for dancing those days and also don’t want to kill myself, videos like this are perfect! sweating in out & being proud in the end! thank you so much Pam - i really needed this routine! ❤️

been doing pamela’s workouts for over a month now and i’ve lost 7 kilos 😭🤍 everybody’s starting to notice my weight loss and i stopped binging and craving foods that are unhealthy😩😩 she’s helped me a lot y’all 😖😖😖


Update: it’s gonna be 3 months since I started going to the gym and believe me or not I’ve seen soo much improvements with my body and most of my clothes are too big I have to buy smaller size clothes 😅😅😅

First I was glad to see this view again and Pam without a mat that I thought "okay, there will be no mountain climbers" and she's just like "let me throw this stone away and everything is possible on the ground" 😂

You guys I have done her workouts for 4 months straight and now it becomes a lifestyle. Without working out, my body feel passive, lack of vitality

My progress
Day 1 = reached 9:45. Took soo many breaks in between the workout, but I did all of the exercises with perfect posture in fully 30 seconds. I didn't do the last elbow plank because I physically couldn't hold myself up anymore.

I must say I am so impressed, and appreciate you doing all these workouts on this rocky, uneven ground. I do it on a pad and two mats - so I have zero excuses for sucking at it haha.
