Im a stiff 54 year old man who in the past has not taken well to yoga. This class is great. I like the stretches and I like the calm clear instruction. I've done it three days in a row and hope to keep it up. I feel better already. Thank you for making it.

By far the most relaxing and best stretching session I have found during my fitness journey. The body needs time to rest and recover… so I have added stretching/yoga into my workouts. Your voice is peaceful and soothing. Thank you for the beautiful session and work you do on YouTube.

This was absolutely perfect & the length was just right. Especially for a day like today when I needed a good stretch but was feeling very low energy & ill. I loved how it was low to the ground. Thank you ever so much for all your videos & your thoughtfulness. Namaste 😊

Routine was good, my only dislike was too much talking. I tend to enjoy classes with moments of silence in between instruction as it allows me to turn my attention inward while in postures.
