Welcome to another full body beginner yoga flow ideal for your rest days. This class will make you work but is very accessible for beginner level yogis. Since it is a longer class you get the chance to really dive in deep and enjoy the practice, your body and breath. All you need is a mat, if you have props and bolsters use those too - never hearts to have them close by. We use this practice to strengthen and lengthen the body so that energy can flow freely, by using the breath we activate more energy flow in the body to boost your immune system and make you feel good.
