ARMS WORKOUT for you! These exercises focus on getting you TONED ARMS. No equipment needed for this one and it's only 10 min! You will really feel the burn with this one! Specially towards the end of the workout when your arms feel all of the exercises doing their job at their best!

Always remember that the last few repetitions are the most important ones! So don't give up at the end because that's where you will get the most out of your workout!

Definitely a killer arm workout, I didn't lose any inches though, but made my arms strong, if you want to lose arm fat definitely try her 7-min one!

I do a lot of workouts on a vibration plate and it runs in 10 min cycles, so 10 min workouts like this are perfect! Thanks for all you do! 😅
