I heard it burn throughout the video, this really hurt, I don’t feel my arms anymore.

I stopped this challenge because I left, but now I’m ready to start better than before to have my glow up.

Im starting this challenge rn since I stopped goin to the gym and I gained back literally all the weight I lost 😭 but I really hope my arms are gonna get slimmer with this workout and I’ll update yall -

Arm: 32cm

Day 1: ✅ I felt the burn and my arms felt a bit limp after doing it but it wasn’t too bad

Day 2: ✅ the burn was definitely a bit worse this time but I made it through- my arms feel pretty sore 😭

I’m so incredibly happy already. It hasn’t been long since I started this workout and I can already see a difference!!! Day 1 and 2 were so difficult and I had to repeatedly stop because the burn was so intense, but now I am able to do this whole workout without stopping (the burn is definitely still there though😂). I’m currently on my weight loss journey and have been doing other exercises for burning thigh and belly fat as well. My school camp is in 4 months and I have finally decided to make a change and become the most confident, happy, and healthy version of myself. I will come back in around 4 months (right before I leave) to give y’all an update on my progress and hopefully motivate you to keep going! To all the other people here who are on a weight loss, strengthening, and/or mental health journey… YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don’t give up because your hard work will definitely pay off❤ Stay strong guys because I believe in you. We’re in this together!

UPDATE:
Worked really well and I’m so happy with my arms now!! I’ve lost a good amount of fat and overall more toned and definitely stronger😄

i've been doing this workout for 4 weeks maybe 3 but woah the results are crazy my arms are getting slimmer and toned that's for sure, also I took a break every saturday and did two other workouts one of them was a workout for back fat & bra bulge and the other one was a slim arm & back workout by Yuuka Sagawa. I really reccommend doing her workouts they're just 8 mins but really effective and helps with your posture which is great.

Hello Guys, I am struggling with flabby arms. Wearing sleeveless is fine but not for me as I look like an apple. I am on a weightloss journey. I am on a calorie deficit with the aim to tone my body. Today I am starting with this workout. I hope to do this consistently everyday(no exceptions on sundays too hopefully). Wish me luck! I am going to update y'all everyday, to motivate both you and me!

Left arm - 34cm
Right arm - 34cm

DAY 1 - My hands are legit shakin ryt now. I just got done with the workout. I got past 90% without dropping. After the 90% I did it but a little less effectively. Pretty sure I will be coming back tomorrow with sore arms.

2 weeks later... - Sorry I couldn't update, but I will be starting it again(Had to stop due to travel commitments). I did it today. I will try my best to keep going. The comments and the little number of likes that I have got only reminded me to get back on it, I love how everybody supports each other on the internet. Hopefully I stay consistent from now on atleats...

I've been doing this workout for nine days in a row now and today was the first day I didn't need to pause the video. The last few exercises are rough, but it really does get easier! <3
