Not sure why this doesn't have more likes - a great total upper body workout....even with light weights I can feels it! Instructions are clear and simple, and the time goes quickly!! Would definitely recommend for anyone wanting to add a quick arms sets to their routine!! 💪💪💪

this workout has saved my life. i could never find a workout with such light dumbbells, i have very skinny arms and this was challenging but i could keep up and now i really see results. i’ll try the other barre arms workouts too. thank you! 💗

I really love this! I am often put off by workouts with difficult moves so this one was perfect as it was challenging yet easy to follow. I never ever work out my arms because I have little time and usually just focus on abs and butt, however this is definitely doable once a day for me. Thank you for this!

This is super hard.. Did this with 5 pound dumbbells and it was a crusher.. Awesome endurance/strengrh building workout..
