Upper Body Workout with Dumbbells at Home in 10 Minutes! Grab your dumbbells and a mat and let’s go!

We will be working our back, chest, shoulders, triceps and biceps with slow and controlled movements throughout!

The exercises are performed for 40 seconds, with 20 seconds rest before we begin next exercise!

BENT OVER ROW (hold top for 2 seconds)
SUPINE ROW (hold at top for 2 seconds)
SHOULDER PRESS TO IN
45 DEG RAISE
ALTERNATING CURLS
CHEST PRESS (palms away to facing)
TRICEP PRESS (with 1 pulse)
FLYES
PULLOVER
ALTERNATING REAR FLYES

Finisher: SINGLE ARM ROW (switch arm at 20 seconds)

The weight I am using is 2 x 8kg dumbbells.

Please ensure you fully warm up before beginning.

I hope you enjoy this Dumbbell Upper Body Workout and really focus on using only the targeted muscles to lift and lower. Really try to control the motion on the way down as much as possible; the slower the better!!

I have just started lifting. Cancer surgery paralysed my face, head, neck and right shoulder/upper arm. They said physio was "pointless" as the nerves have been severed.
Nobody tells me I can't do something!!
So I've been slowly building strength. I can now lift a weight above my head and put things on a high shelf. This is because I've engaged a different set of muscles to do the work. I rely heavily on my lats to move my arm and shoulder. I still lean a little to get the movement but who cares 🤷‍♀️
Next stop, is to lift 2 weights at the same time. (Leaning makes it difficult to do)

I’m in recovery for an ed and am currently working on building my muscle back and these help so much! I have never felt stronger in my life. I’m only using 2kg weights but I hope I can build up to 5kg soon

Your videos are so well organized. I find myself getting excited to workout! I had some tears in my eyes after one of your workouts because something told me I have found an answer to my desire for a feminine and muscular body! Your workouts feel very right. I go to the gym but I don’t know the first thing about proper form or how to maneuver through all the weight machines. I used to work out 40-60 minutes a day, but took it down a notch for a few months and tried some different creators 10-30 minute workouts. just came back to this one and I now remember your amazing aura, and I cant wait to get back to your longer workouts. Thanks!!

I'm 55 and have just started your dumbbell workouts. I've been taken aback at how quickly I've lost my muscle mass especially in my arms where I was always proud of my muscle definition. It's been a while since lifting so I found your workouts and I'm week one in and already enjoying the familiar muscle burn and now muscle soreness that I remember so just need to push past that. Your work outs are fantastic. I just discovered you on YouTube. I’ve tried quite a few workout channels and you are the best. I like to get into “my zone” and I don’t like to hear too much talk. Your nonverbal cues are spot on and the music doesn’t grate my nerves. I’ve been strength training consistently for 5 years then the gym closed and it’s been hard to stay motivated. I absolutely love your workouts. You model the exercises without a lot of extra chatter or unnecessary explanation. The movements are challenging, but attainable at any age. I’m 51 and haven’t worked out with weights in a while but found you and back at it! Keep doing you! And thank you!! 😊

For so long I was searching YouTube to look for a back workout that doesn’t involve doing push ups with the dumbbells as my dumbbells are rounded and not flat. And of corse Queen Caroline has done it again. You never seem to disappoint! Thank you for this vid! It’s A1 ❤️
