To anyone wondering if this works it totally does!! I have been doing it every few days since late 2021. It used to be SO hard, now it's more like a warm up for me and I've started to add onto it to build more muscle. Crazy that for the first time in my life I have upper body muscle. I feel so strong when I do chaturangas now!!

It took me about four months of regular yoga practice to even decide to attempt it now. It was my first class today but it was incredible. I did all the excercises without droping my arms thanks to the previous months practice but still it killed me. I feel my arms are stronger than ever. I can do chaturanga easily now and can do more than 10 pushups, its my biggest achievement. I m looking forward to practice it again and giving you guys update after getting my results. Yoga is magical. Everyone should do it.

This workout is so effective! I still can’t get through the entire ten minutes without dropping my arms but I see a huge difference in my arms and my strength in two weeks!

I could never do pushups, even though I use to workout and was active in sports, I just couldn't lift my body in a push up, after doing this workout for 20 days not only do my arms feel leaner, I could actually do not 1 but 5 full pushups...thank youuuu so much Juliana and mark. It feels like a dream come true🌟

This was the hardest arm workout I have ever tried! I am definitely going to come back to this one and have to build strength because I couldn’t get through it all on the first try 💪🏼😆 but I LOVED it! I actually FELT my triceps working!

I did this workout a few times a couple of months ago, and I couldn't do it. Some months and much progress later, I DID IT!!! It hurt in a good way, and I struggled a bit, but I did it! thank you so much for these amazing practices and workouts, I love all of them!

This is incredible. I have basically zero arm strength, but I'm so proud of myself because I did everything without stopping or dropping my arms (indeed now I feel they're dead😂). Thank you Juliana for this challenge, I definitely look forward to coming back to it💪🏻

I can’t believe people say you have to work out 30 minutes- an hour to get a good workout in. This killed my arms in just ten minutes haha

I was a heavy weight lifter for fifteen years...and I had to pause this. If only I'd just done yoga I wouldn't have so many injuries to overcome. So many important little muscles the gym misses. I love your videos! And this this song... downloading now! =)
