I'm a 13 year old boy and I've been using ur videos every day for the past 2 years even when I'm super tired from doing things at home. These workouts have helped me improve in my speed, strength, flexibility and much more . Know when kids say it's hard to do simple workouts at my school it's just ezz for me . Thx so much 😊🙂

2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 14 (completed on Day 13): ✅
Due to a knee injury from yesterday's workout and some menstrual cramping, today's HIIT + Abs was a definite no-go for me. So I switched the days out and did tomorrow's workout instead.
I really enjoy this one. It's a nice, light workout for crappy days like today but it still provides a good burn. Thank you, Maddie 😌

My encouragement today is just a reminder that even small steps forward still gets me to my goal. And sometimes, slowing it down a bit creates more opportunity to enjoy the process.

Maddie!! I have no idea how, but I did this workout (with another your workout on toned arms that you maked 2 years ago) for only 2 days and my arms are looking full of muscles now!! I don't know, what the heck happened. I always knew that I have strength, but I have never seen my muscles like that!! I love your workouts and I will continue with doing them!! Love yaa<33

I use to do a lot of calisthenics. And this workout is just SO good no matter the level you are in. From beginner to advanced in a basic or advanced way in a sport/anything, this is really good.
