i saw a difference in a week and i’ve been doing it for 2 months and bro my arms have slimmed down so so much. YOU WONT REGRET IT. DO IT EVEN IF ITS WITH 3 POUNDS WEIGHTS

did 20 mins cardio, 20 mins pilates and then this. spent the whole time staring at a packet of crisps on my bedside table. happy to announce that i shall now be eating these crisps in victory.

I’ve been doing this work-out for about 4 times a week for 2 weeks, sometimes doing a different arm workout of hers and pairing it with abs and or legs. And I can already see a difference. I feel so much stronger and can already do about 4 push-ups which isn’t great, but I couldn’t even do any 2 weeks ago! So definitely a lot of improvement, thank you Maddie for making these workouts.

30 sec arm circles out to side no weight
1 min tricep dips no weight
1 min push-up no weight
1 min arm lift one out to the side and one in front with dumbbells
1 min bicep curls
1 min butterfly raises
1 min shoulder raises

I'm actually 374lbs and I just preformed all these exercises from a chair. I feel good. I used three pound weights. If I can do, anyone can do it! Thank you! I'm now a new subscriber!!!

I am so thrilled to find your stuff! At 73 I am reasonably fit, but due entirely to being outdoors, walking, swimming and running a little. I used go to the gym until I couldn't afford it any longer. So, now, with lockdown, I've been looking for exercises for "seniors, " and OMG they all seem to assume that we can't even stand up! With respect to those who cannot, I needed something more interesting and challenging....then I found you! I can't do everything you do, but I can do enough, and I am really chuffed!! Thank you!
