Today's 10 minute at home walking workout is full of fun music to get you moving. The focus on this workout is to constantly move the arms and work the arms in different areas to get more defined, toned arms. Keep your arms up as much as you can and always flex/tighten the muscles as you push, pull, lift and reach. Today I am using 2 pound weights. I would recommend anywhere between a 1-3 pound weight, depending on your strength abilities. This is a no talking workout for people who prefer to just listen to music while working out.

Jules first I did the DISCO 23 mins and then this 10 min walking with weights. I'd say I had a pretty good workout.3lbs and still some parts were harder than the others. You always make it look so easy. Thank you for the entertainment and exercise instructor. Always a blast working out with you.

This is one of the best arm/cardio workouts I’ve done .. please post more of these .. a great double duty workout perfectly paced and not boring!

I have to express my deep appreciation for the beautiful backgrounds you pin up for the workouts. I love trees, flowers, birds, water---I seriously miss "my" beloved Lake Michigan!---but I'm extremely sun sensitive, and have been told by my PCP, and my dermatologist (she's treating me for skin cancer), my optometrist, and even my dentist, that I MUST stay out of the sun as much as possible.

I can no longer go for walks on sunny days--I'm also severely allergic to sunscreens--and my views of nature are very limited now. Thankfully, my tiny apartment complex is set in a grove of beautiful, mature oaks and maples, with plenty of grass all around. I do get to hear the elusive birds (heard, but rarely seen), and the many silly squirrels, and I'm grateful for that.

Getting to see the various gorgeous settings you pin up really makes working out a pleasure, and helps keep me motivated to see each day's posted picture (I change up my workouts daily).

Thank you for your thoughtfulness in choosing such exquisite backgrounds.

We did this one for our nighttime workout. I’d say we did pretty good today. In between I organized my yarn stash (the equivalent of a total closet clean out and organizing.)

This is a great strength builder. Now when I help out at the food pantry I can pull the boxes sideways down the belt using my arms and stomach muscles. Thanks so much for the creative workouts and inspiration Jules! 🙏

Oh wow! That’s more of a workout than it sounds like! We used 2 lb weights. The exercises where our hands went above our shoulders/head….oh boy, those really got us. We did not do it at full speed, but kept up as we could. One day, maybe we can keep up with you one for one.

been taking it easy during the summer heat. 1/2 speed right now, looking forward to more of this as we head into fall and winter. My arms thank you.
