I am 54, I had cervical cancer in 2015 and after total hysterectomy it kicked my epilepsy in & seizures. I gained 100 pds. I since lost 60 but have 40 to go. I am finally excersiseing again. Walking taking it slow. But my arms weren't getting anything. That just burned like anything. I am so outta shape. But trying. 😊 🙏

My arms are tingling 😍 best arm workout I've ever found!!

I'm just 24 but always had somewhat of a saggy arm due to genetic issues. I FINALLY want to work on this insecurity and get rid of the 'problem' once and for all!!

Your recommendation really helped, I almost stopped during the second exercise but I listened and after a few seconds the burn stopped and I didn't know I'm capable of this much strength 😍

You are a gift, a very sweet angel! Oh, I want to write so much more but who will read it? 😅
I will TRY to do this daily and then update when I see my arms are slimming down! ☺☺☺

Wonderful workout! I added 2 lb. weights and my arms felt like wet noodles once done. A big thanks for helping me to get these 71 year old arms in better shape. Your voice is so calming and pleasant. The over and unders plus the arm circles make my arms WOW! What a great workout without any weights. I do this 3-4 times a week and can tell I am getting stronger. With all of the aerobics I do in addition to this workout I can see muscle tone that was not there before. Nice.

I do 4 of your videos a day. Easy to follow and since May I have lost almost 2 inches so far, built strength and finally getting a toned arm! Thank you for making this fun, rewarding and of course challenging.

I found this workout about two weeks ago, after a bout of out of control hyperthyroidism elevated my heart rate so much that I could not do my usual HIIT workout. It's slowly coming under control, but I still have to take it easy, and I feel so out of shape. I've been doing some gentle cardio or yoga or pilates, and adding this workout onto the end. I can get all the way through without stopping or elevating my heart rate too much, but my shoulders burn!! Good music too, and your encouraging voice and positivity is uplifting. Thank you!
