Luv this guy. He is direct he doesn't stand and discuss how fit he is. During workout he does mention correct way to do workout. His workouts are number 1 .

I usually do 3-5 sets of each exercise and it takes 40-50 minutes. I workout 6 days a week and I have already reduced waist size by 2-3 inches in 40 days. Thanks man!!!

This was my first workout I tried from you. 3 months later, what a difference in my body. I started in 85 as a teen but I trained in the in the 90s- 05. I really started working out and changing my eating habits to the days of old. With your motivating videos I don’t feel I have been working out alone. Thanks for helping me get rid of my Dad bod. Keep making videos and I will keep following you. 👍
