Hello everyone!

Follow along to this 10 minute tricep workout at home with dumbbells.

The triceps make up approx 2/3rds of your entire arm muscles! So developing your triceps really add shape and definition to your arms but also aid with so many movements when training and are an important body part to not incorporate at LEAST once per week!

The exercises today are focused on the triceps with different movements all involving a pair of dumbbells.

The 5 exercises are performed for 45 seconds each followed with 15 seconds rest before moving onto the next movement. We repeat this all again bringing us up to the 10 minute mark. I have also included a finisher if you fancy an extra challenge... 30 seconds of diamond triceps push ups! These can be performed no knees or off!

Kickbacks
Overhead extension
Tricep press
Skull crushers
Chest press

For your reference, I’m using 2 x 6kg dumbbells!

I really would like to say thank you to Caroline for excellent and awesome workouts Tricep dumbbells 💪 . Today I’d done all 3 workouts dumbbells, Tricep, Shoulder, Chest dumbbells workouts, normally I just do 1 workouts each time I exercise . But for nearly month I’d Chang a lot thing and all hard work was pay out for me now I can see my shoulder my arms with beautiful shape came up already . 🥰😍😘💪💪💪🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️ I’m so glad and happy, I have found you from YouTube workouts exercise

I thought to myself, "what a quick little 10 minutes tricep workout, I'll add it to the end of my workout". I am beginning to see the shorter your workouts the more intense they are. My triceps are on fire!

I’ve been doing this arm workout maybe once or twice a week for the past year, I’ve worked my way up from 10 lbs to 25lb dumbbells!!!! My arms are definitely getting slimmer as well!

I just want to tell you that I really really appreciate your exercises, it's the first time in my life that I feel motivated with a youtube trainer and more because I am able to do them and feel happy even though I don't have a great body. I can feel my muscles working through the exercises and feeling great at the next day with a lil' bit of pain but happy.

I looked up tricep exercises and found 2 by guys that were 90% blah blah BS and 10% doing. Reminds me why I hate the public gym and enjoy my gym at home. I looked at this one and it goes from one tricep exercise to the next. Thank you. You are the real deal.

Hi!! This is really a very effective workout.. I have been doing it everyday along with other exercises.. For past 3 weeks and I just make sure that I do this everyday (but yeah I have missed 2-3 days in between) and I have lost my arm flab.. There was pooch in the back of my arms (triceps) now it's on its way to get tonned.. I am so happy. Thank you so much!!

I've been doing this consistently for the past few weeks. And I'm seeing progress! I've also been doing your other workouts as well. Thank you soo much!! This is a killer. I never really do arm workouts and this was the best video I have come across. I’m not going to lie, I tapped out when she started doing push-ups but I have faith in myself. Give me 2 weeks and I’ll be able to handle the push-ups 💪🏿

I found your channel and started doing this routine twice a week for my upper body workout. By the time I get to the diamond push ups at the end my arms are fatigued! I want to keep my arms nice and toned for the remainder of my 50s (I'm 58) and not lose muscle mass. I like the way you set this video up which was easy to follow and my triceps feel great! 😊

I can tell the trainer truly wants help viewers reach their fitness goals. That is why she is so effective. I am so glad I found this channel. I was tired of looking at my flabby arm skin hanging like turkey wings. It doesn't take long to see them gradually tighten after applying oneself to these exercises.
