Join me for a 10 minute STANDING ARM WORKOUT to sculpt and strengthen your upper body. All you need is a medium set of dumbbells. I'll be using 8 lb weights, but choose the weight that best suits your strength level. Each interval will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. This is an ALL STANDING wrist friendly workout, with zero planks or pushups! So grab your weights and let's get ready to feel the burn! 💞 xox Mik

Day 1: Wasn’t rough at all really, it actually relaxed my muscles especially with the breathing exercises it was really calming

2 months later: Hello, even though I haven’t physically recorded my progress. I continued doing this 3 times a week for 2 months and my arms are so nice. They’re smaller and are more toned ❤️

I followed this video specifically because it said no push-ups, it was basically my first time exercising since PE in school. I’m not in good shape, at all, and I was dying using my puny 5lb weights. But aside from my shoulders sounding like bubble wrap going through a steamroller, I found it easy to follow along and I was happily surprised when I completed the full 10min. Thank you for your video, and I will be looking at more, much appreciated!

Felt great. I’m 15 and lately ive realized how inactive I am. I sit in bed and sleep for most of my free time. I’ve been getting up and doing some workouts with my mom’s equipment. This felt nice; compared to some other arm workout videos, you had some different workouts in this one! It is fun to mix stuff up. Thank you!

I live in Sydney, Australia. We are currently in lockdown. I would normally be at pole dancing classes 3 times a week 😭. Your workouts are great, they suit exactly what I need to maintain my strength for when I get back to the studio! 😀 and continue your workouts at home 😉

This is my favorite upper body workout on all of YouTube. It’s not so challenging I give up but it’s still giving my upper body a much needed strength session to accompany my love of the treadmill. I am very weak and stopped doing this workout for awhile and now I’m back at it with my small 3lb weights but I can’t wait to do this consistently and hit higher weights

Mik I love your workouts. I added them to my routine this summer and they are soooo beneficial. As a 70 + lady, I am now using your workouts right after my rebounding routine. I alternate them with long walks. It’s working pretty well for me! Your content is very valuable to me. I sent you to Italy for my daughter who is a busy young homeschooling mom. Best!

Awesome workout.. thank you. I have leukemia and had a bone marrow transplant 4 months ago for my cure. Those transplants wipe your body out and I’ve just recently been able to get back slowly to walking and strength training. Your videos are perfect to help build my strength back. I love them.
