Today was one of them days.... I feel so much better after doing this routine. Lord knows prayer and yoga is the only thing that can tame this attitude 🤣

The length of this for these specific emotions was really helpful to me. I told myself, "I can do 10 minutes". Once the asanas were done and I was out of my freeze response, I thought oh we're done already? Left me wanting to do more to be present in my body. Thank you for this reset. 💚
