Caroline, thank you thank you thank you! I am 8 months pregnant and have been dealing with major pelvic pain. Finding your chair workout has made it so I can walk again! Love this! I challenge myself to do a lot of chair cardio moves standing for even more cardio (so I modify to standing jumping jacks, etc.). I am dripping with sweat. I thought I'd do an easy workout today, but this was a killer, and I feel great! Thank you!

16:35 "Make sure those dumbbells are not by your feet." The reason I am here. Had a foot problem, started practicing walking barefoot, added dumbbells to my routine. Yep, I slammed my toe into the dumbbells one day. New foot problem. Not giving up my exercise, so glad you are here!

I had foot surgery last week so I cannot put a lot of weight on my left foot. For someone who is typically active, this left me depressed and frustrated. But I found your videos, Caroline, and have discovered how much I can do while sitting! I am a sweaty mess (in a good way)!
