Welcome to day 23 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we have a fun and playful 20 minute yoga flow with a little bit of everything for your body including time to relax and reset at the end ready for the rest of the challenge.

In this class we will do a little of everything - balances, twists, side bends, backbends, hip openers to target the whole body and give you a well rounded full body flow.

I couldn’t be well physically without the practice I’ve worked on with your guidance (and yoga with Adriene when I started with zero ability I have to give her the credit where it’s due) and then when I started to real crank up the difficulty with you- naturally my mental health and my diet all start to roll around to the healthier side. I’m able to focus on so many more things. I’m able to tune into my kids more too because I’m tuned into myself

Your classes are so creative and engaging. Sometimes with other more ‘traditional’ flows I find myself just going through the motions and not fully concentrating, but with your flows I never know what creative transition or new adjustment is coming next, so I stay locked in. It’s really refreshing! Thank you for all you do and all the content you share with us.

This might be the most humbling practice of the 30 day challenge for me. It was very fun, but you threw in a lot of things that I have always struggled with! It’s usually a transition involving strength and today it was definitely straightening the leg from skandasana. I have never been able to do it without using g my hands and arms! There were some others needing juicy leg strength that I still lack. It’s good to be reminded of those postures/transitions. That transition into supine twist at the end was chef’s kiss perfection! Thank you for another wonderful class, Charlie!

I flippin ADORE this entry to supine twist. I get a super gorgeous stretch in my pec/underarm muscle cuz my shoulder is suspended from the floor, but I can feel it reaching toward the ground. I love it so much. Love to see more of it!

I try and do the 20min sessions two or three times a week. I particularly liked the stretches in this one. Thanks very much you are doing a great job.
