Just completed this 40 min full body workout, enjoyed every minute, my dearest Hannah, especially by the end loved so much the reverse blanks, I decided to do the planks not on my elbows but on my palms so that I can feel the intensity on my hamstrings and my hamstrings got the best workout, loved it so much reverse blanks are the best, also your new movements gave a great intensity in the abs and legs! your creativity always amaze me lovely Hannah❤️❤️

Nice, I will try n do this on the weekend, it's hard to do the longer ones, I like short ones as I can do several if I want, it's hard with kids home for springbreak 🥰💕💕💕🧘‍♀️
