Anna, I’ve been working out with you since 2020, you saved my brain and body during the early pandemic and I’ve done every workout since. Today, this workout saved me again. I never struggled so much during a workout. I'm doing this during your 2024 January Workout Plan and I'm now realising, that I should definitely also do some Upper Body Workouts. I started working out in November last year and I just can't do many of the Push-Up exercices, while all the othets were easier for me. Thanks Anna for this Workout and the whole workout plan❤ I guess I'm speaking from your whole community when I'm saying that you are the best.
PS: Sorry for any wrong spelling or wrong words I used, English is not my first language
Edit: I wrote this before the Core finisher. That was still super challenging. I had to do some pauses between the exercices and my abs are still burning. But overall a great workout like your others

MY GODDESS - That was killer for a pilates inspired session. Those side plank routines burny my wrist and shoulders. Loved the variation. You look amazing - Back soon - 30 day everyday varied workout challenge :)

i ve done this workout yesterday night with weight and elastic bands, it was quite hard and i enjoyed it ! my body felt so relaxed after this workout !! the'' core'' section was the hardest for me, a little surprise for the ending 🤭

I was very intimated by this workout because the 30 minute ones are challenging enough to me, but I did it anyways and it almost felt easier. Thank you for allowing me to believe in myself.
