Today is November 28, 2023. I just started this ab workout yesterday and I feel it and I’m 66 years old. Don’t look at but I am for not exercising I develop a little pooch always had a flat stomach. I’m working towards it now in with you guys I’m gonna get there.

Put down my cigarette and got down on the floor to give this a go. 2 minutes in and I really feel it. I'm 48 but look 30. My mid section definitely needs alot of work though. I'm going to really start these exercises Friday. However, it's Thanksgiving and I'm probably the only one in the Universe watching on Turkey Day. Happy Thanksgiving to everyone.
