I’m 139 lbs right now and trying to lose weight before school I have two weeks I have been eating less but no diet
DAY 1: no change ofc
DAY 2: Next day I’m 137 pounds I’m def not delulu you should try
DAY 3:feeling the burn
Day 4: same as yesterday
DAY 5: I see results!!!! I’m at 135 pounds
DAY : 6 the process 🤩 134 pounds
DAY 7 : DONE LAST DAY AND IM 133 pounds

TIP: Do it in the morning or maybe night. Do it everyday I forgot to update but I might continue so keep doing every day like if you feel lazy just do it so this is my reminder to make sure to do every day and you’ll see results!!!

Day 1: felt a little burn
Day 2: I kinda saw some small differences
Day 3: My stomach is a little bit flat
Day 4: I saw a little big differences
Day 5: My stomach is almost flat!
Day 6: Almost there…!!!!
Day 7: Gone!!!

Like so I remember


Day 1: a lot of burning not any change
Day 2: not much burning just a little, very small change in stomach
Day 3: not burning more change
Day 4: a lot of change I see I am going to keep doing this

Trying this as a 12 yr old girl:
Day 1: no results really but my stomach feels a tad bit tighter and idk like I just feel a tiny bit smaller…🤷🏽‍♀️
Day 2: no results really but edges look a little more pulled together if that makes senes 😅
Day 3: forgot
Day 4: senes I forgot on day 3 I did double today, if I’m being honest I still see no results but it feels tighter but I can’t physically see results
Day 5: I can see results!!!! I just got a new pack of contacts so that may have been why I wouldn’t see results before because everything is blurry… but my stomach looks smaller by the tiniest bit!
Day 6: I guess a little smaller 🤨

Day 1:i am feeling a lot of burn and my stomach feels stiff
Day 2:i don't feel a lot of pain but i don't see much change
Day 3: I feel the burn but not much, I see little change
