Just done your work out. It surprised me that I felt a bit out of breath when I finished but I haven't exercised in far too long. I'll be 70 in a few days so I think this is just right for me to build up with. Clear instructions and I appreciate that you say mind your knees, do what you can etc. I'm a lot more unfit than I look.

Loved this 21 minute circuit with Andi. I like to keep moving and it helps to be given options on each exercise. This is the second YouTube video I've done by her and I am hoping to find more! Thanks!

I have not seen any new videos by Andi lately so I am rewatching older ones. She is so cheerful, I can forget how hard the work is. She makes exercise like being with a friend.

This is just right for seniors and so many younger people suffer from back pain and this is a safe workout.

Love these exercises!!! - have serious chronic pain and have a hard time doing a lot of exercises due to falling! These are easy for me to do, sometimes I make a modification, to keep standing! The instructor is fabulous and very easy to follow!!!! Going to check out some of her other videos!!!

Many thanks for this inspirational and informative video. Early 70s and about to be discharged as a hospital inpatient (an interesting Christmas!), so I need an easy-to-follow exercise regime - can’t wait to get started, and you are absolutely correct about making it fun - ‘keep smiling’!

What’s great about this is that when the instructor says right, I turn right and my movement is the same as the instructor on my screen facing me. I’ve done other workouts where the instructor says right and I have to go left to match the screen. I started at 50% playback speed but after 2 days I was up to 75% and today the second time through I was up to 100% (with some minor miscues). Instructor has a cute voice and narration. Good job!

Oh my goodness I just found your channel, I’m so going to work out with you now lol I’m 72 years young in pretty good shape but have let it slide since all this virus stuff but I’m back now lol love the mountain climbers standing up as can’t do it on the floor wrists won’t let me to painful broke it a few years ago from falling on ice! I'm turming 68 and have hip and knee pain. This routine, I was actually able to do without causing a lot of pain. I love exercise, but it always grinded my hip and knee. This routine is great!

I'm 61 and went through cancer. Gained all kinds of weight. Now I am trying to find a good exercise program. This is a good one for my belly. I felt that workout in my abdomen. Thanks for the awesome workout!
