If you’re just starting your fat loss journey or if you’ve plateaued, this is what you can do to see some incredible results in the next few weeks.
Get rid of refined oil and polyunsaturated fatty acid consumption. They damage the primary energy producing organelles in your cells, making them dysfunctional, and one of the side effects of poorly functioning mitochondria is weight gain.

Eat whole foods, nothing processed. Processed foods contain additives, preservatives, and are often sprayed with pesticides and herbicides. All of this can damage your gut, disrupt your fat loss hormones, and overburden your liver.

Lift weights around 3 times a week and try to walk as much as you can - You do this to optimize your hormones, get stronger, and change your physique - not burn calories.

Spend as much time as you can outside. Our current light environments promote chronic stress, lower vitamin D levels, and ruin your circadian rhythm. None of this is good for fat loss.

Try eating your largest meal first and your smallest meal last. This can help regulate cortisol levels in the morning and also throughout the day. Remember, lower cortisol levels are associated with a lower body fat percentage

He's right. My dad told me to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince then dinner like a pauper. I eat dinner foods for breakfast(protein, a carb and a vegetable). I've lost weight and I look 20 years younger. I get mistaken for a teenager all the time. Oh and I drink water throughout the day😊.

Fun fact: Fat loss is the same in your 20’s, as it is in your 30’s…40’s…50’s… Eat less calories than your body needs to maintain its weight, and/or burn more calories than you consume. All this “don’t eat this, don’t eat that” is great for overall “health”, but a lot of people need to lose the weight before they start worrying about ingredients lists and what “NOT” to eat. Calories in vs calories out!

Calories in calories out, law of thermodynamics DO NOT CHANGE no matter what anyone says. You have arbitrary factors that can spare or gain very few calories, but overall if you: 1. In a calorie deficit 2. Consume enough protein (1 gram per pound of body weight) 3. Eat more nutrient dense foods so your body can optimize your daily metabolic burn. 4. Get enough to great sleep (7-10 hours). 5. Work out resistance training to stimulate muscle growth as well as throw in 2-3 cardio sessions through the week to help burn excess calories as well as heart health.

Do all this and you will lose fat while keeping/slowly gaining muscle.

Good You mentioned foods that needs to be avoided but it could have been better if you’d have mentioned alternatives to them, a better choice to go with. Anyways good short video with interesting tips

Yeah I am eating 1700 calories a day. I'm 5'10", 38 years old and was 200lbs when I started in May and now at 188lbs. It was going really good. About 5 days ago or longer, I hit 188lbs and I am not losing anymore weight.

I am weight training 3 days a week and try to go for a 1 mile speed walk once a day.

I'm not sure if it's just the muscle I'm gaining, water weight or im backed up that is making it look like I'm not losing weight. I do look thinner, but no changes on the scale.

Its still thermal dynamics. If you wanna lose weight you SHOULD track your calories and figure how many calories you need, if I you look it up, there are many calculators online to figure thus out. If you burn 2500 calories a day, eat 1500 for 2 pounds a week or 2000 for one pound a week. You can accelerate your progress with exercise or cutting calories more.

Eat what and when best suits YOU. If I eat large meals towards the beginning of the day I then find it hard to stay within a caloric deficit. I prefer to have a small breakfast and lunch, and then a larger dinner (with a Greek yoghurt dessert), and then I sleep like a baby. Never hungry throughout the day and no sleep interruption. To each their own
