Drink more water-water will fill you eat in place of extra food. Sometimes people are often thirsty instead of thinking they're hungry.
Get more sleep-getting a good night's sleep and having consistent sleep routines helps lower stress among other benefits. Cortisol levels have been linked to weight gain.
Eat from smaller plates-eating from smaller plates allows for more control, in a way, you trick your brain into thinking you've eaten all your food and this produces a satiety effect. Whereas if you ate from a large plate, you may be full but you're continuing to eat because you want to finish the plate when you don't necessarily need the extra calories.

These acts will lead to weight loss! Nothing major if you have already lost alot of weight but good tips for beginners.
