Hey Oliver, thank you for the work you do by making sure we always have this working out materials.i have been following your training on YouTube channel average 5times a week for past 10mnths now..I weighed 86kg previously but I have cut to 81kg and my body is toned.The challenge I have is I am yet to loose the belly it reduced but it's still there and I am unable to get to 75kg to my a good Body mass index...I changed my diet and mostly eat good food, healthy cooked food, fresh from the farm..what could be the issues
