Anna will never leave you dissapointed. You will always be drenched and feeling stronger. I like that there was no jumping except for the warm up there are run in place and butt kicks. I started off with 10 lbs but it felt too light so I went up to 20 lbs, towards the end I went down to 15lbs. Those push ups bounce ( forgot what they are called)were a killer ❤

Thanks for another amazing workout! Your workouts are helping me to enjoy exercise again, instead of using exercise as punishment. I used to lift heavy 6 days a week and was really getting burnt out and not seeing the results I wanted. With your workouts I look forward to moving and focus more on how good it makes me feel!!!❤❤❤

Terima Kasih banyak, Anna! Sebenarnya seminggu kemarin saya sakit dan hanya bisa beristirahat. Terlalu lemas, sampai untuk berjalan juga saya tidak kuat. Hari ini sebenarnya kondisi saya belum terlalu baik, tapi saya rindu bergerak dan berkeringat. Dan saya menemukan video ini. Sungguh luar biasa, saya bisa mengikuti dan menyelesaikannya dengan baik. Dan diakhir sesi saya sungguh menangis bahagia karena ternyata tubuh saya mengizinkan saya untuk kembali berolahraga, walaupun tidak seintens biasanya (sebelum saya sakit). Я занималась по разным видео и сегодня решила сделать тренировку по этому видео. И большое спасибо за то, что Вы так качественно показываете технику и даже правильное дыхание. Также мне очень понравился спокойный темп тренировки, так как я успевала понять упражнение, почувствовать мышцы и скорректировать технику, смотря на Вас. Я чувствую себя гораздо лучше.
