I did this exercise for 4 days in a row each morning. I really enjoy it to start my day with. However, after my first 4 days, both my back and my knee started hurting. Therefore I would highly recommend during a good warm-up before the exercise & skipping the jumps if you are not comfortable with them.

Guys instead of asking "how much will I lose " just do it on how much u will lose it depends on your body and how u work hard or what type of food you eat you may lose or not depending on those things but all we know is if you doing right you will be proud for sure. No comments periodttt!!!!
