▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

Your workouts are my favourite ones! Love the way you show the movements: slowly but in a dynamic way; love the structure of the videos: the remaining secs, the next movement, the name of the movements, so the whole thing! You kill me every time but these half hours are my new addiction. :) I hated all kind of sports in the past, so you did/do good job! :) <3

Hi Anna! Had been doing all your low impacts lately and now at 16th week pregnancy at age 40. Thanks for doing so many low impact workout lately that is challenging enough and safe for me.

Had been doing all your workout daily pre-preg and this definitely made me strong enough to continue now.

I injured my ankle about three weeks ago and haven’t been able to work out until now and this was the perfect way to get into it again! There’s still some parts that I can’t do (lunges for example) that put too much weight on my foot, but during those exercises I just do a plank hold or a glute bridge! I’ve missed working out to your videos SO much! Finally sweaty and happy again 🙌
