This was so hard, I almost gave up but I only had 20% left. That‘s why I kept to it. Thx for this. Right now we are in Italy and eating a lot. This helps me to still feel fit every day. Your videos are amazing

Just because it is LOW impact don't be thinking this workout is easy. the 50 second time periods are excruciating and i find myself pleading for the bell to ring... thanks again for another great workout miss.

I love the fact that you have this kind of workout routines. Right know I have some medical issues that prevent me from doing high intensity exercises. This routine was perfect for me to start again slowly. I hope I can recover my strength soon.
