As much as I love HIIT workouts I really love Low Impact workouts too. They make me feel so good, powerful and they are sweaty too. Now with this workout and this amazing songs I have such a great vibe for today. Thank you again, Anna! All the hugs in the world for you!❤️

Had a cold cloudy day today, was having a hard time warming up my body for hitt, but Anna surprised again with low impact no jump workout. Honestly was planning to skip working out today but Anna packs sweat in every workout so couldnt miss this. And it was totally worth it.

I've got to admit...I came into this workout wondering whether I would get enough of a sweat on with the 'low impact' description. Sweaty, challenged and happy without feeling unwell. I can do HIIT, but I feel like there are so many more factors involved (adequate sleep, perfect headspace) to gear up for them. This was just what I needed and I felt like Anna found ways to still help us get in cardio and strength without jumping. Just amazing. You are a beautiful light, Anna! Thank you!
