Tap in with us for a 30 minute FULL BODY HIIT workout that is suitable for all fitness levels---advanced and beginners! Each movement is low impact with no running or jumping, so it's easier on the joints and apartment friendly. Feel free to go at your own pace if it's too fast/slow or add resistance to the make this session more difficult. This is a great session to get the heart rate up for some strength and fat burn, but it can also be done as a recovery session. I am in a Zoom workout group with family members from 3 different states, some in our 20s and some in our 50s. We meet 5 days a week switching off between yoga, pilates and Juice and Toya workouts. I'm a person with a disability on my foot and this workout was great no pounding joints just pier sweat! I ain't going to let my foot disability put me down, I'm it's boss! Thanks for these workouts . 💯👍🙂🔥🔥🔥

Thanks for this, Juice and Toya. I'm happily cooling down from sweating. I used to scroll past any low impact workouts thinking it was low intensity, but I realized it's about how it doesn't impacts the body as much: no jumping, flying, rolling, lol. But really, it's an isometric-style routine (thus, the low impact) that has highly intense exercises. Which is why I loved this workout!

With my wrecked back, failing knees, and a bum shoulder, I can only do low-impact workouts these days. The HIIT workout for today on the workout plan I’m currently using is a super high-impact class & doesn’t offer any low-impact options, so I searched YouTube and am glad I found this video. Great workout!
