▸ Instructions: Follow along and complete as many reps as possible in 50 Seconds. After 10 Seconds of Rest continue to the next move.

Workout:
▸ 00:00 - 08:30 Warm Up 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 08:30 - 31:15 Increase Intensity 50 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ 31:15 - 35:17 Cool Down 30 sec on, 10 sec off

I love the fact that warm up & coold down are a part of the session, so I don't need to watch 3 separate videos. Really enjoyed the workout!!! Thanks lovely

I love strength building work outs, it helps so much. Earlier I used to workout just to be skinny, you & your workouts incourgaged and motivated me to work on my strength/body rather than doing it just for looks! Really Appreciate that, can't thank you enough annaxx

Happy Sunday Coach Anna. My knees are 😀👌❤️👏for this no jumping workout. This will be added to my playlist after I complete your 28 day challenge workout premiered January 4, 2021. I’m dripping 😅😅 and pumped up on the 2nd go and all I can say is thank you for keeping me going and in shape.

I've been doing your beginner workouts for about 5 months now as part of my recovery from surgery and chemotherapy and today I thought I'd try a non-beginner one (even though beginner are still very tough!). I enjoyed it so much! Had to stop a bit early on some of them but I was grinning so much at the end - felt quite euphoric. :-)

This low impact video is “sick friendly” too! I have not been feeling my greatest for a couple of days and then you posted this video, like you knew I needed to go easy on jumping and weights, but still challenging myself. I ended up super sweaty like always! Thank you so much!

sweating for warm-up already but I love how I forget about hurrying up almost halfway there since I want to finish the workout asap. and I like how my calves are as tense as I do other walking standing workout

Anna!!! I usually do not like at all low impact workouts, because I don’t sweat a lot, but I looooved this one!!!! I truly was sweating! I have some requests, though, if you want:
- 40/45 super sweaty HIIT workout without weights (shred total body not to let winter take our fitness away) ;)
- express booty workout, which is always great
- express inner / outer thighs workout, super great as well
- another challenge maybe ?? :D / a 60’ super sweaty “monster” HIIT workout on Halloween day
- a 30 minute workout HIIT cardio with jumping rope

These are all some ideas, but you do you, dear Anna. Thank you for your time. I’ve grown so much because of you and I won’t stop. I’m now aware of my worth and of what I bring to the table… so I’m not afraid to eat alone anymore. You are amazing. Have a blessed day.

I’m trying to build a healthier lifestyle and this was the first workout I picked. This was definitely challenging for me. I noticed I wasn’t able to do some of the exercises just yet. Im struggling with my body image. I don’t feel good in my own skin and I hate to look in the mirror. I want to work towards loving myself one day. Thank you for sharing these motivating and inspirational videos ❤️
