Hello everyone.I am been doing this exercise past 3 months and see many changes in body shape, skin became tight. I walk for 30 mins and then doing this set. Trust me it does work if you follow the instructions and dont skip❤👍

Come across this video and absolutely love how it is explained. It is simple and easy to follow. You may not get the XXL to S in the time stated but if you are persistent it is achievable in a longer period of time!

It will not happen in 10 days. that's a false advertisement, but you will notice some slightly difference in your appearance. And consistency is key.
