These are so great!! Thank you. Got my blood pumping and my eye hand foot coordination wobbling somewhat but I gave it a good shot. I’ll be doing this regularly and hope to shift that last bit of my belly fat when nothing else seems to work. 😂

Thank you, working from home and barely using 200 calories per day and eating atleast 1500, this had me sweating in 5 minutes, will keep this up numerous times a day, i skip the jumping ones just because noise on the ceiling
