Who says you can't do exercises when you're having knee pain, knee problems, or lower body issues? Today's workout is here to show how you can still lose weight and burn fat at home even if you and other conditions that might interfere with your ability to exercise!

In today's video workout I have included the best body-weight exercises that will help burn calories but don't require any jumping or excessive effort for your knees and legs. It's an effective low impact workout program to get in shape!

I have reduced 7 kg in one and half month with this exercise, dieting, warm water drinking and green tea. I was so passive and lazy but now i feel so energetic. ☺☺

i've been doing this workout since the third day of movement control order(mco) because of corona (18 March 2020). i started with weight of 71kg and today 23 May 2020 i weight 62.6kg. At first my target is 65kg because i know its gonna be difficult to lose weight but since it passed my target, now i trying to get 60 kg. ouh yes i'm 153cm tall. well i'm kinda short and my bmi still overweight. Hopefully i'll get into the normal bmi range. Wish me luck guys.

*just an update today (14 Nov 2020), my current weight is 60.2kg. It been 2 weeks since I maintain that weight. Hopefullybi can get 55kg.

I love the rest times in between, it makes it more enjoyable to exercise, which I never thought about workouts that way. I'm obese, with limited mobility and this along with your other workouts are very doable, thank you!!

I am doing this workout past 15 days with good diet and walking of atleast 30mins in morning belive me I can see great transformation in my body.

Fantastic workout....I was 16st 13lbs been doing this workout 3-4 times a week for 3 weeks and I'm down to 16st 4lbs. I cant believe how much I sweat far better than going to a gym. Overall weight loss so far 9lbs in 3 weeks....fab thank you Roberta 😉😉👍👍

Today was my fourth day. Whole body sore but energy way much high. So easy to follow.iam size 18 I never thought I'll get exercises that can accommodate me. Becoming stronger every day . Thanks guys
