I'm so glad I round Roberta. I'm 53 haven't worked out for years. I just gave up on myself. I became a fat lazy old woman. I found Roberta about 3months ago. I started with her 16minute best standing exercises. Right from the first day, I felt a change. Don't expect the weight to drop off in a couple of months. But you get stronger and every day, the workouts get easier. Yesterday I jogged for forty minutes. Me, fat old me. Don't give up you guys. Five minutes is better than no minutes. No excuses. We can do this.

Update* So I started working out every day using Roberta's 1 Minute Standing 30 min exercise (this one), plus Roberta's Fluid 20 minute fat burner, approx October 26. At the same time I stopped eating bread and refined sugars. Weight started off at around 63 kilos. I'm now 57.9 at my lowest. I'm so happy with that but the weight on the scales was never really my issue. It was my stomach. I can only tell you that my stomach made me look pregnant and just two months later on Roberta's exercises my stomach is no longer there. It's almost completely flat. I'm 53 and never thought I would get rid of my menaupausal belly. I have and I am thrilled. My advice to anyone with menaupausal belly fat is to exercise daily approx 1 hour and forget bread and sugar as they just feed your fat. The weight will drop off. Thank you Roberta!

This really helped me a lot, I’ve only been doing this for 3 days but I’ve lost 1-2 kg without strict diet but tomorrow I will push myself more each day with strict diet by eating less and limiting myself (I love food lol) aswell as doing these exercises everyday to see the results! ❤️ My main weight goal is to be 70-75 kg. (this weight is suitable for my height I’m 5”8) I’m 84 kg now (was 85kg). Can I atleast get likes for support & motivation 💪 I will update again soon!

I'm 53 years old with 62.5 kl to start with. I do this exercise twice a day, every morning and afternoon. Last Thursday (or almost a month) I weigh myself and was glad about the result, I weigh 60 kl. I lost 2.5 kl. I was shocked. Unbelievable! I was very happy, Thanks God. I wish I had seen this workout sooner...like a couple of months ago. I’m 67 and I don’t feel old at all. I never say I’m old...because I’m not, just out of shape. Have gained some weight and have a bad back and bad knees. I can’t do the jumping jacks, but modified it to suit me. I got through this whole workout... whoo hoo! Thank you!
