Hi Roberta, greetings from Kigali. I started on 25th March 2021, had 88.9 Kgs. 31st March 2021 went back to check on Kgs, I found 86.3 Kgs. Lost 2.6kgs in 1week. My target is 70 Kgs by 1st July 2021. Well done Roberta for this sports channel

I like the rest periods in between, something very important for me that many other work outs don't even have! And I can actually do these exercises compared to others I cant really do for some reason....idk but I like these exercises and the rest periods in between! Thank you so much for uploading these videos!❤

I’m glad i found this standing abs exercise, since i hate the exercise getting into my back because i will definitely fall asleep and end up nit doing my exercise, , , i will do this starting today... inspired by the nice comments too...

Hi Roberta, i have been following your exercises since 2020 and this is the best among all available for free. I have not reduced the weight as such but have tightened my body and is in shape than before, I feel so good and feel lime this exercise is made for me. I love it and all my past clothes fit ❤me now. Thank you. I have trained at least 20-25 people including my parents, they all follow. My dad os 73 and he follows you more than me❤😂🎉
