we used to do these exercises before walking for 1 1/2 hours. how much they worked idk but i enjoyed them. nothing too crazy

On those hamstring sweeps, you should point fwd foot up..or angle it up. U hav it flat but thanks for naming this and the demo.

😂 I don't these stretches today before doing a 10k run, by 7k I felt like a muscle was on fire 😮 but it was my first time and I might have done them poorly. Another thing is, I haven't run properly for 3 months now, only doing once in a while. I'll do it again to see the benefits.

I already do the clutch and lunge. Seemed like a natural thing to do. Great stretches!

Can you please suggest something similar for upper body as well? For some reason, the biggest issue I have during runs is shoulder and neck pains.
