Hi lucy i suffer from anemia and low blood pressure and even though i love my weights workouts at home sometimes i struggle with energy. Today i challenged myself to do this work out and i did it 😊 im proud of myself and i feel great. I love your workouts thank you so much for all you do ❤ lots of love from Australia 🇦🇺

I have been doing your workouts for a few years now and I have got to say this is one of my favorites. You really kept me motivated and feeling good. Your quarantine workouts have been some of your best. I like that you are doing the workout with us and that you are talking to us "live" through the entire workout, instead of doing a voice over. Just done this exercise today and I did 3234 steps, 1.5 miles, and 15 minutes of exerted exercise and burnt 115 calories!! Now I’m off to do some gardening! Thanks so much for your videos x

I'm 66 and a wee bit unfit. My daughter put me onto these videos and I started 3 days ago. They are brilliant and not too demanding for the older ladies! Keep them coming, Lucy!!

I needed no jumping today due to hip pain. I pulled up this video and had a very effective 20 minutes! It really gets heartrate up. I went in thinking I can't do much today, but ended up a real cardio workout. Thanks so much Lucy! You are a wonderful blessing to us ❣🥰

Love love love. Saw this while i was sitting on the sofa lazying around 🙈. And thought yes lets have a little walk! Bwoy that was a nice little challenging walk! I broke a sweat which i love in a short time! I love ur vids they have been keeping me going in this hard time! Thank u Lucy 😘

Hi Lucy I did this today and loved it! Loved the scenery! So clever of you! My Fitbit said I did around 2k steps, 19mins, burnt 500 cal. What is there not to like! You are amazing! Thank you so much ❤

loved it...i'd already been out on my walk today but did this to get some more steps in- defo felt burn in my legs! i don't know how accurate by wathc is but it says i did 1966 steps in this workout. Thanks Lucy :D

Thank you for this, I've been following the February challenge after no exercise in about 4 months, I'm a big girl so its always challenging but I'm feeling really proud of being able to do the full workout with a short 30 second water break mid way and nailing both of the full two minute jogs looking forward to march's challenge too :)

Another great workout that is medicine for both body and soul! I shared your channel with my sister who is post-natal and loving your workouts and my cousin who was using your workouts to get in better shape for her wedding. After she had to postpone her wedding for a year because of quarantine, she called me the other day to tell me that your workouts are what's keeping her healthy and sane through this challenging time! Loved this "outside" walk. Per my Fitbit it was .72 of a mile. Ok for getting my day started and will do a bit more this afternoon! Love love your workouts
