I managed to do this after bern in Hospitial with a fall black out did two back stretches and 10 miniute relaxing stretch it really helps yr mind I feel better already but hve to build up slowly love it Shelly yr a star

Phew! This one is surprisingly tough! I've been doing your workouts for nearly a year. I started with just 10 minutes cause that's all I could manage and I liked that it didn't take too much time in my mornings. Now I do this or a 15 minute one each day and 30 min on the weekend. Great having different workouts so I don't get bored!

We love your workouts, and do them every morning, but you take second place in our daily routine. The first place is daily text, and Bible reading with coffee. Then it’s exercise, stretching, whatever ticks are fancy that day. Keep up the good work.
