I love Jordan’s workouts. She’s very professional, positive, and encouraging without all that annoying fake enthusiasm you get from a lot of trainers. Whenever I’m not able to do a walk outside, I like to follow one of her walk routines. Just perfect for me.

I regularly do Leslie Sansone's great "Walk At Home" program for my main cardio followed by various Bob & Brad pt and strength exercises afterwards most days a week. I ran across this tonight for the first time. This appears to be a nice change of pace that I'll add to my workout routine. Jordan has a nice presentation.

Just discovered Jordan’s workouts. I’ve been a big fan of Bob and Brad’s channel for over a year! It’s great to now tie a great workout with a PT’s knowledge and focus on injury prevention or mitigation. I’m 64 and have always exercised and my method for treating injuries was PT but after all the years of doing exercising with DVDs of good “coaches” who didn’t focus on injury prevention landed me with a torn rotator cuff and torn meniscus surgeries this past year. Even though I love being active as much as when I was 20, my body says it’s getting older so I need a better way to accomplish that need and Jordan and her focus on form is a wonderful gift you have given us. Thanks guys!

Thank you Jordan, this was great! I got stuck inside today because of thunderstorms, but still wanted to get something done. The weights were a nice addition!

You are not part of the Leslie Sansone Walk At Home legacy to which I subscribe, but I was looking for a short video with dumbbells and this workout was exactly what I was looking for--and I was happy because I was able to use 3lb. weights. Even though I have balance issues due to disability, your moves were what I need. THANK YOU! I will be coming back to your workout in the future.

Love this video. It moves through the workout. Some videos include so much instruction that it really slows the workout down. everything is self-explanatory in this video and it is safe. I tried it on a mini trampoline but prefer on the floor because of the space needed for sidestepping. Perfect length of time. Thanks
