Hi Maddie. I am a 75-year-old female who has been doing your 30 minute total body and 20 minute core since March when the pandemic hit. I love them and they have been a wonderful part of staying fit and increasing my level of exercise. I cannot thank you enough for these workouts. Also enjoyed the tour of your house.

Okay, here's the deal. I'm a gym rat. Practically incapable of doing a home workout. Especially when they are the cheesy Julian Michael type (no offense Julian). Well, with quarantine at day 8.306, my body has been changing in ways I'm not happy with. My friend suggested this channel and I am OBSESSED. I absolutely loved this workout. I really enjoy the content as a whole. Maddie is low key, focused, and doesn't talk too much or portray this cheesy persona. 11/10. Seriously. Thank you!

i love how maddie’s workouts make me feel tired and strong afterwards but not like i am dying. i never dread working out with maddie because her intensity level is perfect for anyone and she has such a variety of differen’t exercises within each workout. thank you maddie! <3

I've had a hard time staying motivated during quarantine with the gym being closed, bad weather preventing me from going outside and living in an apartment and not wanting to upset my neighbors with loud workouts. This is a great fit for my current situation. Thank you so much.

I'd been doing Maddie's videos for a couple weeks, saw a lot of hype around Chloe Ting so decided to try out her 2 week shred challenge. I got 1 week in and just had to come back to Maddie. I saw better results within a few days from Maddie's low impact videos than I did after a week of Chloe's HIIT. And the videos are so much more tolerable. I will never leave MadFit again!

Amazing!! I can't do your average hiit because the jumping around wakes my baby up. I'm going to try this one when she's down for the night later!

Edit: She woke up during the kick throughs because I couldn't do them right and found it hilarious. Managed to complete everything else though! Good bye mum tum 👏

She's such a good teacher, I like how she cues the muscle-mind connection and tells you which mistakes to avoid. I like Chloe Ting, but this is on another level. Amazing!

For days when I'm not sure what I fancy doing, a low impact full body is the perfect solution. please keep doing these low impact/apartment friendly, sub 30 min workout! I love them! I also love that you play music throughout - much more motivating - thank you :-)
