I'm an old member of Lucy Squad. I lost around 10 kgs by doing her workouts for a year. Then due to my exams I had to quit working out. After which I thought I'd give weight training a chance at the gym. It's going to be 6 months this November of me training at the gym and I have only lost 2.5 kgs. I'm a believer of Lucy's and I'm starting off today again to get the results that I want! Thanks a tonne for all the workouts and I'm so happy coming back to... My home. ❤💞 Thank you, Lucy! I do your exercizes almost every day for over a year now. They really work so good! My diëtist has been measuring my fat/muscles. My "muscle mass" has increased! Thank you Lucey! You are a great motivator❤😃💪🍀

I really like the warm up and cool down added to the videos.

I hit 1500 steps and at my peak my HR was 161! I have to do low impact due to a knee injury so it was great to lift my heart rate like that!

Thank you Lucy, Your workouts have really helped my wife's blood sugar numbers during her pregnancy and I do them with her to help motivate her. I'm happy to find my clicking right knee is improving after only 2 weeks.
